It just a theoretical concept that does not guarantee the aims that u are pushing.
The only guarantees of this concept is the EPS will be higher and probably ensure the management team will achieve meeting the criteria for their rewards.
A capital distribution would ensure that all shareholders on the books would get guaranteed payments in their hands, including even the reluctant institutions.
With such a distribution the majority of shareholders would get a tax free payment with only the need to alter their cost base.
The institutions would possibly have a need to pay higher taxes because they would be deemed traders.
It just a theoretical concept that does not guarantee the aims...
