WBC large bank, they don't change quickly because of the number of employees and customers they have.
We have an aging population if WBC change too quickly WBC risk losing business - it is a journey not a destination and people don't like rapid change with their financial institutions.

If the current management can stop the decline in NIM and I see the decline has slowed, then they are on the right track.

if you want more yield go and buy BOQ.
