Surely the dividend from WBC will be zero for the next 12 months at a minimum.
They may well need a bail-out from the Fed Gov in 6-12 months time. No way in hell an officer of the company can agree to give a dividend in the current scenario.
SP will head to under $10 when people wake up to that reality.
