Well, quite simply, because the only person to blame for YOUR trade not going the way you though it should is YOU!
YOU bought too high and now YOU are angry because Mr. Market didn't see it how YOU did.
Blaming the CEO of a company, or anybody else for that matter because YOU f****d up is quite pathetic.
The sooner you take responsibility for your own trades, the better trader/investor you will become.
Until you can take that responsibility maturely, just buy ETFs!
The mention of 401Ks would suggest you are American, so perhaps stick to your own for now?
