It is a fully franked dividend for us Australians.
Now that the company has a large US shareholder number and a lot of foreign income, dividends might not be as high whilst we get share price appreciation instead.
A good result is that the dividend reinvestment will be done by purchasing on market rather than new issue. Thus no dilution for those taking the cash option.
