Yes on both - BHP has a higher yield.
I'd take the same bet that WDS has a more sustainable dividend than BHP. Many would be concerned about BHP's concentration in iron ore, now that they've given away some of their coal and handed over their oil and gas to WDS.
I actually don't care for the dividend, as in the main reason I'm holding WDS is not for their dividend. I was just putting out my view that the dividend was good enough.
Disc: I have direct holdings in WDS and indirect holdings in BHP.
