Agree @CbrMaroon.
The Federal Budget increases the risk of holding resources / energy for the next month, so I sold 2/3rds of my WDS holding over the last week and all of STO and KAR. But for the Federal Budget risk, WDS seems fair value around $34 and would be a hold for me.
