At times in December and January it traded at $2.20, then in February we had all those change of substantial shareholding notices when the price moved down. That looked odd at the time, when other gold stocks didn’t have the same price behaviour. Price suppressed until fund investors were set, unknown.
If the market cap figures on HC are up to date, $1.165b, a share price of around $3.17 and it will move to a market cap of $1.5b, which still looks quite favourable compared to production profiles and margins of other gold stocks. Though this is somewhat like comparing the patterns in lava lamps.
