Questimate from what i have read is its worth doing for 2.5b usd max,assuming trading partner funds 25 to 30 Percent.Increasing met coal makes sense and doubling production is a positive.
Sweat the assets and increase the payout ratio once paid for.
Walkaway if cant get that ball park.
