am I correct in believing that this 4.4c div is on top of the 70c takeover price? (and that the 70c takeover will probably be 55c capital + 15c div?)
ie over the next couple of months I'll get taken out at 55c and receive 19.4c of dividends, and franking credits will be 8.3 cps?
