we won't need to wait long to see if sub $5 comes around again as it's highly likely to get close this week when it goes ex dividend. take the franking credits on top of the 37c dividend plus a bit of an oversell and it's practically at $5. it can often be slightly better value buying at ex dividend if you are trading down to every last percentage point. keep the good dividends coming
