The Smartshares New Zealand Dividend Index Trust (DIV) is an investment fund
and receives dividends throughout the year.
DIV pays quarterly distributions, where available, based on income received
during that distribution calculation period from the underlying investments.
Refer to attachment for distributions paid over the previous three quarters.
For the period 14 December 2015 to 11 March 2016, the Trust has not received
sufficient income to pay a distribution. As a result, DIV will not pay a
quarterly distribution for the distribution period ending 31 March 2016.
