EMF distribution for Q1 2016
The Smartshares Emerging Markets Trust (EMF) invests in the Vanguard FTSE
Emerging Markets ETF listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
EMF pays quarterly distributions, where available, based on income received
during that distribution calculation period from the underlying investment.
To 14 January 2016, the Trust has not received sufficient income to pay a
distribution and cover forecast expenses. As a result, EMF will not pay a
quarterly distribution for the distribution period ending 31 January 2016.
Smartshares will review the Trust's cash flow in the next distribution period
to determine if the Trust will be in a position to pay a distribution in May
2016.
