DIVIDEND: FPH: AMENDMENT TO INTERIM DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

AMENDMENT TO INTERIM DIVIDEND RECORD DATE

Auckland, New Zealand, 23 November 2012 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
Corporation Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advise that the record date for
payment of the interim dividend has been amended from 30 November 2012 to 3
December 2012. The interim dividend will still be paid on 14 December 2012
however the ex-dividend dates will be 27 November 2012 for the ASX and 29
November 2012 for the NZSX.

Please see attached a copy of the revised NZSX Appendix 7.
