REL: 1205 HRS Goodman Property Trust
DIVIDEND: GMT: GMT First Quarter Distribution
Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the payment of its first
quarter distribution for the year ending 31 March 2015.
The record date for the distribution is 4 September 2014 with payment to be
made on 18 September 2014. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of
1.6125 cents per unit with an additional 0.26609 cents per unit in imputation
credits.
Eligible Unitholders are advised that the Distribution Reinvestment Plan
("DRP") continues to operate with no discount.
Any amendment to a Unitholders participation in the DRP is required by 5:00pm
on the record date. Changes should be advised directly to Computershare
Investor Services Limited:

Unitholders are also reminded that the Board has previously advised the
market of its intention to suspend the DRP later this year. Any change will
