DIVIDEND: GMT: GMT Fourth Quarter Distribution
Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the fourth quarter distribution
for the year ending 31 March 2014.
The record date for the distribution is 5 June 2014 with payment to be made
on 19 June 2014. Unitholders will receive a cash distribution of 1.5625 cents
per unit with an additional 0.0651 cents per unit in imputation credits.
Unitholders are advised that while the Distribution Reinvestment Plan ("DRP")
continues to operate the 2% discount has been removed. It is also expected
that the DRP will be suspended later this year. Further details are provided
in the annual result announcement released to the NZX earlier today.
Eligible Unitholders are also reminded that any amendment to their
participation in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan is required by 5:00 pm on
the record date.
