DIVIDEND: GMT: Goodman Property Trust Distribution
Goodman Property Trust has reinstated its Distribution Reinvestment Plan
("DRP") and announced its third quarter distribution.
Participating Unitholders are advised that the DRP will continue to operate
under the same terms and conditions as previously offered, including the 2%
discount. The DRP will be in effect for the next distribution.
The Board has approved a quarterly cash distribution of 1.5625 cents per
unit, to be paid on 21 March 2013. The Appendix 7 notice will be provided to
the NZX, once the level of imputation is confirmed.
Notification of any amendment to a Unitholder's DRP participation is required
by 5 pm on the record date of 7 March 2013. Changes should be advised
directly to Computershare Investor Services Limited:

The strike price will be announced to NZX on 12 March 2013, following the 5
day pricing period. The pricing will be expressed in cents and rounded down
to two decimal places.
