Infratil advises that the foreign exchange rate used for the Infratil Limited
interim dividend paid to Australian investors on 13 December 2013 in AUD was
set at 0.8948, being the RNBZ 11.10am reference rate on the business day
immediately following the record date. Dividends of AUD$32,789.91 were paid
to Australian investors on Friday 13 December 2013.
