Notice of Dividend Currency Exchange Rates - 2013 Interim Dividend

On 26 March 2013 we announced an interim dividend for the year ended 31 July
2013 of 3.0 NZ cents per share. The record date for the dividend was 07 June
2013. The following table details the currency exchange rate applicable for
the dividend:

Dividend per ordinary share in local currency: 2.5086 Australian cents

The dividend will be paid on 18 June 2013.
