It's bit off topic but for clarity, I have 17 stocks in my portfolio with only two on Automic. Every other registry send letter first time I buy shares then they also ask customer to register online (if they haven't) and provides instruction on how to do it. If I buy another parcel of shares again in future then they send letter again advising revised holding and same if I sell stocks. Even if I choose all correspondence by email they send first time correspondence for each new equity by letter and then I need to go online and set-up all correspondence by email.

Automic is the only one who hasn't sent me any letter or asked to even register online or asked to update bank details. I found computershare as the best when it comes to communication in writing as well as in emails.
