DIVIDEND: MRP: NZD/AUD FX rate for FY2016 interim dividend

The foreign exchange rate used for Mighty River Power's FY2016 interim
dividend payable to Australian investors in Australian Dollars (NZD/AUD) has
been set to 0.8948.  The dividend will be paid on 31 March 2016.

Attached is an amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 Notification of
Dividend/Distribution released to ASX.
