Further to the announcement made by Motor Trade Finances Limited ("MTF")
today, the dividend rate payable on MTF Perpetual Preference Shares has been
reset to 6.26% per annum, with effect from Wednesday, 1 October 2014.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
