NZX Market Supervision ("NZXMS") Market Supervision advises that, further to
the announcement made by Motor Trade Finance ("MTF") today, the dividend rate
payable on the Preference Shares (MTFHC) has been reset with effect from
today, 01 October 2012, to 4.97% per annum.
The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from Market
Open on 02 October 2012.
