DIVIDEND: MTF: Perpetual Preference Share dividend reset

The dividend rate on MTF Perpetual Preference Shares was reset on 30
September 2014, in accordance with the main terms of offer, contained within
the investment statement and prospectus dated 30 May 2006.

The rate applicable from 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2015 is 6.26% per
annum.
