In this respect I think you may have mis-read the 29th August 2022 announcement. It is simply advising that the document being sent out by (the 249F Notice) originates from the "Convening Shareholders" and not from the "Company" Ten Sixty Four Limited.
You need look no further than the front page of said notice to see why, and to understand that anyone less well informed, less attentive or who's perception is in some way impaired might accidentally misinterpret matters.
The Company's (X64's) approach is just one of common sense.
