PFI 28/04/2016 09:11 DIVIDEND NOT PRICE SENSITIVE REL: 0911 HRS Property for Industry Limited DIVIDEND: PFI: PFI Announces Q1 Dividend, Updates to DRS PFI ANNOUNCES Q1 DIVIDEND, UPDATES TO DRS NZX listed industrial property landlord Property For Industry Limited (PFI, the company) today announced a first quarter cash dividend of 1.75 cents per share and minor updates to the company's dividend reinvestment scheme documentation. Dividends The PFI board has today resolved to pay a first quarter final cash dividend of 1.75 cents per share. The dividend will have imputation credits of 0.4886 cents per share attached and a supplementary dividend of 0.2217 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The record date for the dividend is 12 May 2016 and the payment date is 23 May 2016. Dividend Reinvestment Scheme The PFI board has today also resolved to operate the dividend reinvestment scheme (DRS). A discount of 2% will be applied to the volume weighted average sales price for the five trading days ended 17 May 2016. In order to reflect NZX's change to T+2 settlement, the company has made minor updates to its DRS documentation.
