I don’t know the full story with the G RR, but I believe they pay 30% NPAT and they have way too much cash on their books. I don’t know if their management delivers what they preach either.
One thing about FEX is the company has delivered on everything they’ve said so far, they’ve announced they will pass on franking credits to shareholders in full franked dividends, and dividends will be 50-80% NPAT. Thats what they’ve announced, and that’s what they will deliver.
Only question TBC is where in the 50-80% range the dividends will fall.
