Still plenty of upside. I have managed to access some research that has a Price target of 2.50.
I have been provided it on the agreement I can not share it, so I am not disclosing anything other than that, but what we have been discussing here in terms of earnings/DCF and valuation seems to be right on the money. Still significant value at this level and nothing beats potential SP upside with a 13% grossed up yield. Infact even if the SP didn't change one cent but the dividend was maintained , that in itself would make this an attractive stock to buy.
Its a pity there isn't more coverage, even some of those investor subscriptions like motley fool or intelligent investor would do wonders to plug the gap between SP and value, while helping to increase liquidity.
