Using Q1 tonnes implies sales will be 10% more than last year. Estimated EPS c8 cents. Assume payout ratio of 60-70% means a fully franked divvy of 5.5c for the full year which is a grossed up yield of 6.6%. Seems like okay news to me.
Its been a fairly aggressive growth trajectory maybe time for a bit of consolidation and cash back for share holders until the next growth opportunity arises.
I think its a good announcement and will attract yield investors to the registry.
