The US$60m shouldn't affect much IMO, since it's just an accounting treatment of the $60m. Plus, it will be paid back in coal for the principal portion and cash for the interest portion, instead of in cash.
Debt isn't the issue anymore IMO.
I'm more interested in TER improving its EBITDA for its SA business right now.
