Further to the announcement made by Quayside Holdings Limited ("QHL") on
Wednesday, 12 March 2014, NZX Client Market Services ("CMS") advises that the
dividend rate payable on the Quayside Holdings Limited Preference Shares
("QHLHA") was reset to 5.88% per annum with effect from 12 March 2014.

The rate is now reflected in our Trading System.
