I think I understand LIC premiums and discounts very well. If you seriously think that the directors will 'reduce' the DRP price if it is at a premium , you live in a dream world. The fact is that the price should only be based on the trading price as defined to be assured of certainty. No discretion.
Oh, wake me up if you see PGF trading at or above NTA.
But you have it your way. I will take my cash and invest in the shares ( if I think they are value )
