Commsec has nta = $1.94 at 30/6/2020 .
KSC FY20 accounts has nta = $1.74 at 30/6/2020 .
BUT in note 3 page 5 of the accounts, KSC admits as a result of AASB16 that it has included lease liab = $26.6 M But excluded $25.7 M right of use assets which it treats as intangibles .
Including the right of use assets would increase nta by 20 cents.
Commsec's nta makes more sense to me.
