TRADE ME GROUP LIMITED (TME) - update to ASX Appendix 3A.1

Trade Me Group is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and in
accordance with ASX requirements we filed an Appendix 3A.1 Notice of Dividend
with ASX as part of our F15 results announcement.

We have today updated Appendix 3A.1 to show the exchange rate applicable to
the dividend.

The amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 is attached.
