TRADE ME GROUP LIMITED (TME) - update to ASX Appendix 3A.1

On 18 February 2015 we released half-year results for announcement to the
market.

Trade Me Group is also listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and
in accordance with new ASX requirements we filed an Appendix 3A.1 Notice of
Dividend with ASX as part of the announcement.

ASX has now asked us to amend Appendix 3A.1 to show the ordinary dividend of
NZD7.7cps and supplementary dividend of 1.3588cps as a "total dividend" in
box 2A.9 of Appendix 3A.1.

There is no change to the dividend or supplementary dividend which we
notified to both NZX and ASX on 18 February - the change simply expresses the
two as a total in the form, and notes that the supplementary dividend offsets
the non-resident withholding tax applicable to investors who are not resident
in New Zealand.

The amended ASX Appendix 3A.1 is attached.
