Looks like the sellers have been taking profits along the away and no one running for the door.
IMO, $2.6 would be a nice base. The 16.4c div looks a less attractive % , with much more than that. Grossed up around 8.7% @ $2.45 looks ok, compared to, say, 7.15% x $3..
Yield wise, fair value around here me thinks. Quarterly tops it off nicely.
