off the top of my head I think average pe is just over 15 and average div yield is around 4% for the ASX so DDR pe is probably just below average and div yield grossed up at around 8 -9% is fantastic so plenty of room for share price to go up to become overvalued based on these metrics.
As far as a takeover price if it ever happened HNA paid 39% premium to the then current stock price of ingram micro therefore on current prices that would equate to 3.40 if it happened, ifit happened in a yr say and ddr share price was 3.00 then it would be 4.50 see the trend - nice.
