I am a bit baffled by their divvy payout scheduling too,... but I would word it this way. DDR's FY is January till December of a year. Hence;

1Q17 divvy paid on 9.6.2017 was 4.0c.
2Q17 divvy paid on 1.9.2017 was 4.0c.
3Q17 divvy paid on 1.12.2017 was 4.0c.
And finally, 4Q17 divvy paid last Friday was 4.8c.

Based on the above ann't, the INTERIM divvies to be paid out this year, ie for 1Q, 2Q, and 3Q, FY2018 would be at 4.40c per share for certainty and for consistency.

There is NO mention of what the 4Q18 would be, but basing on past records, it would normally be higher than each of the preceding interim dividend.
