Further to the announcement made by Works Finance (NZ) Limited ("WKS")
earlier today, the dividend rate payable on the Works Finance Preference
Shares (WKSHA), has been reset, with effect from today, 16 June 2014, to
7.95% per annum.

The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open on Tuesday, 17 June 2014.
