REL: 1508 HRS Z Energy Limited

DIVIDEND: ZEL: Appendix 7 Amendment

On 8 May 2014, Z Energy gave notice of a final dividend for FY14 of 14.3
cents per share, fully imputed. The amount of the supplementary dividend
referred to in that notice - $0.02535 per share - contained a small error.
It should have read $0.025235 cents per share. The attached revised
disclosure contains the correct supplementary dividend amount.
