DL E&C Co. Ltd was incorporated in 1939, they've withered many recessions and financial crises. They appear to be conservative and prudent in their decision making; to be in business that long, it's essential that they evolve and be open to innovation, and identify and adopt new technology.
They know the Bankable Feasibility Study numbers, they know the green credentials, they've met the relevant Minsters and bureaucrats, they've been out to the site, they've been out to the port, they've spent the last 12-24 months running over this project with a fine tooth comb. They'll be building it, their financial networks have provided their support for 70% project debt finance (approximately AUD 1.5 Billion) and next week I suspect they'll be signing a binding offtake worth over a billion dollars.
To suggest that there are some sort of clandestine intentions is nothing but scaremongering, but we've come to expect that from a select few unfortunately
