Thanks @Technician, greatly appreciated for these questions. I will try to get some answers from MAN, so that it becomes clear for both views to be tested and and the correct views understood. I believe that as investors we only want to clear our misconceptions and safeguard our collective interest as investors. I will keep you posted on the progress on answering the questions not promising anything at the moment.

Going through all the above chats I thought MAN's Utah if merged with ASN would result in a better outcome for all affected investors so the progress could be faster compared to MAN doing it alone, Just my thought. GLTAH both ASN and MAN
