Hmmm I thought we were dealing in facts ....... FYI I don't hold I thought I made that clear - and when I did hold I did ask and the response was that a 3rd party other than MAN holds the claims and as reported MAN are exploring under a lease agreement to the 3rd party that owns the claims - now don't get confused here ONLY SITLA AND BLM OWN the LAND , someone else OWNS the CLAIMS and MAN LEASES the rights to those claims - what's also interesting is that the 3rd party is in the hands of receivers and James him self stated to me that he was confident that they would come MANs way when the matter completes this was August last year .
One last thing the 3rd party and its predicament have been discussed here in these threads at length .
But you do you don't say you weren't told .
