Just wondering out aloud what if DLS chooses not to sell its stake in AQO to MH.
At what point does a compulsory acquisition come into play I would think it would have to be 85% or more.
Can DLS with 20% holding start to dictate the way this goes maybe for at least a higher price.
Also wondering if DLS has been increasing its stake - I would be.
Just wondering.
Any thoughts.
