What makes you think that an offer of 25c is undervalued?
ACN announced a major resource upgrade on the 22nd. Why didn't the SP go up though the roof?
Is it, maybe, because the SP is currently to high in light of the offer from DLS, just think about it, this is a 250%+ increase in two months. The hidden treasure no one knew about before - don't think so.
Not that it's the same industry or directly comparable, but have a look at what BBG missed to accept....$3+... $1.45+... and their SP is at $0.85 now.
Your reasoning only makes sense by discarding the history - which is a dangerous approach.
