I still wouldn't rule out a raised cash offer from Magnum. DLS has really put a spanner in the works for their Cooper strategy (farmin via NSE, then takeover AQO). If anything, they will want a sizeable stake just so they have a seat at the negotiating table when the NSE (backdoor Magnum) farmin of 570 hits its strides. At this stage, unless the takeover panels upholds most of Magnum's complaints, then I can see a situation where DLS hold 60-65%, Magnum 20% and stubborn holders (like myself) the remainder.
