Never confuse drill assay results with grades in a JORC Resource The JORC resource will always have significantly lower grades than the drill assays. For example, Julimar had dozens of spectacular hits with high assays over long intersections. But the JORC resource has a much lower overall grade. This is to be expected and investors unfamiliar with the JORC rules are often disappointed when the grade of the drilling and the resource do not appear to match. DM1 has mostly low grade hits for REE, Co, Ni and PGE's and Au and the JORC Resource will have an even lower grade than these assays suggest.. Best not to extrapolate from individual assays to a JORC Resource at all and it's questionable to show a Chalice JORC Resource grade in the same space as drilling assays. Is a resource commercial? Wait for the JORC Resource and the Scoping Study before reaching a conclusion (unless you have assays that truly are outstanding of course),
