Hi OP, would the DMC stop a trial if there was no significant variance to the control group, as it is not causing harm but just continuing the status quo for the patients.
I just keep going back to the phase 2 study which didn’t show much change at 75ml but the 150mm had unbelievable results, I fear we could be somewhere in between that result potentially, but curious if the DMC continuing the trial refutes that point of view.
