Hi All,

An update on REMAP-CAP. I have been keeping an eye on TOTAL recruitment numbers for REMAP-CAP EU.

A further 296 patients recruited since last screen shot on 9/8/21, these numbers updated on 21/9/21. Unfortunately forgot to screen shot randomisations for COVID-19 earlier on (some patients on multiple domains).

History of Recruitment onto ACE2 RAS domain from DXB ANNs:

1. 2/8/21 n=167
2. 23/4/21 n=24 (Commencement of study following Regulatory approvals).

219 sites across EU with 11 active domains.

A lot of these domains are also available Internationally on REMAP-CAP, but at the present time, & from the last update in August, ACE2 RAS domain patients were recruited across 43 sites in the UK & EU.

Of course International recruitment & randomisation numbers are much higher.

I know that we can’t infer how many are randomised to ACE2 RAS domain from total numbers, but looking to be progressing.

More sites were also opening up to ACE RAS domain & full recruitment expected in Q4 2021 if the current recruitment rates were to continue, or sooner if they increase.

I think this just gives us a general idea. EU & UK have come out of lockdowns in this time period, so infection rates have increased, which translates to increased hospitalisation rates, something Australia is now in the midst of ‘preparing for’ come October 2021 (NSW).
