As someone with a non-medical background but following/holding DXB for a while I can understand it reasonably easily,
In vitro testing shows that DMX200 can be paired with Sparsentan (and similar type of treatments) and achieves a better result than Sparsentan alone.
DMX 200 was previously paired with ARBs like irbesartan in previous testing but strong possibility for use with either Ibersartan or Sparsentan.
They have applied for a patent to protect the IP of combining DMX200 (CCR2 inhibitors) with Sparsentan or similar treatments.
